How often should I be having skin treatments?

Our expert therapists recommend professional skin treatments every four to six weeks. Pre-purchase 5 treatments and be rewarded with one extra treatment free!

When should I arrive for my treatment?

Please arrive 15 minutes early. To assist us in providing a fully customised service you will be required to complete a consultation card prior to your treatment.

What happens if I’m late?

Arriving late will limit the length of your treatment. All treatments will finish at their scheduled time so as to not disadvantage the next client.

What is The Skin Management Centre’s
Cancellation Policy?

Should you need to change your appointment, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice. If less than 8 hours notice is given a 50% cancellation fee may be charged. You will be asked for a credit card number or deposit to secure group bookings or treatments over one hour.

How can I find out about The Skin Management Centre’s specials?

We have many treatment options and packages as well as a bi-monthly special. The bi monthly special will feature on our website while regular customers can join our Skin Rewards program to receive our regular e-newsletter and members specials.

What if I have sensitive skin?

Our skin care professionals will be able to identify your skin care needs through a complimentary skin analysis. Both our treatments and the Dermalogica product range cater for sensitive skin types and we will outline a treatment program and home skin care regimen that will promote your skin to its healthiest.

Can I mail order Dermalogica Products?

Yes! We offer a comprehensive range of Dermalogica products, all of which are available via our convenient mail order service. To order from the Dermalogica skin care range simply phone one of our skin care professionals.
